Our Belief
Wellness knows no boundaries – it’s a journey within that unites us all.
Bedouin Roots Experiences was born from Kenza’s love of mindfulness, conscious travel and meaningful human connection. She has always been drawn to the spaces where connection, exploration and inner growth meet.
Having grown up in Morocco and later lived across both the United States and Canada, Kenza experienced firsthand the power of community. After a 14-year career in the corporate world, a significant health experience became a turning point, leading her on a deeper journey of self-discovery, healing, and personal growth.
Her exploration of mindfulness and embodied practices led her to complete the Intensive Practice Program in Mindfulness at UCLA, alongside continued studies in human consciousness, body mapping, emotional anatomy, non-violent communication, somatic practices, and other approaches to personal transformation. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (200-Hour YTT) in Bali, further deepening her practice and understanding of yoga, movement, breath and the mind-body connection.
These experiences inspired her to create Bedouin Roots —a space where people from different walks of life can come together to slow down, reconnect, and experience a deeper sense of community. Through mindfulness, movement, cultural immersion, and conscious travel, Bedouin Roots brings together personal growth, connection, culture, and exploration.
Kenza’s heritage remains at the heart of her work. Through curated retreats, she invites guests to move beyond the surface and truly connect with the country—its people, traditions, landscapes, food, and rhythms of daily life.
Today, Kenza divides her time between Spain and Morocco, creating and curating experiences grounded in mindfulness, authentic connection, and conscious living.
